ETC is partnering with Interfaith CareGivers of Greater Mercer County (IMCM) to offer their free Project Healthy Bones senior exercise and education class at the East Trenton Center! The class will take place May 8th and running until May 29th. The class focuses on improving posture, balance, and strength, along with educational components related to osteoporosis prevention.
