2) Tell us a little bit about your business, what do you do, where do you do it, and how long have you been doing it for?

I cater for meetings, parties, small and large events. I cater anywhere I am booked but mostly in Trenton. I have been cooking since I was 8 years old and started Missy Don’t Miss in 2021 and I love what I do.

3) Why did you decide to start your business?

I believe I am good at what I do. I’ve always cooked for my family and others. Why not start a business doing something you love!

4) If customers could only get one dish/order from you, what would you recommend?

My mac & cheese, what I am most known for.

5) What is one thing that about your business that makes it special?

The love! Everything is made with love, and I put my love in every dish made.

Yes, my mom is the reason I am able to have a business. She was my teacher and is my number one supporter. Without her, none of this would be possible.
